Changes and returns of products purchased in our online store, will be made by accepting the buyer at the time of purchase the following established clauses:

Clause 1

Changes will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of sale, provided that the products have not been used and are in perfect condition, keeping its original label intact, its box with which it was sent and its bags of packaging. Clause 2

Shipping costs for return or exchange of one or more items will be borne by the customer. The product must be sent by registered mail or courier for confirmation of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless it is produced because the item is defective or does not correspond to the request in the order. In this case the return costs will be borne by Fubond Royal, S.L.

Clause 3

The return will be made through the same payment method as the purchase. Once we receive the items and verified that they are in perfect condition, we will proceed to what was previously agreed, either to change the item or to return the corresponding amount. In accordance with current legislation, Fubond Royal, S.L., reserves the right to refuse returns sent after the deadline or products that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent to the customer.

Clause 4

The changes of items purchased in sales or promotions will always be for sale or promotion. No return of this type of items is allowed unless the item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order. In any case, returns or exchanges are not allowed or in hygiene articles (diapers, containers with spare parts, urinals, bathtubs, sterilization products or inhalers, lactation products), food (sterilizers and any type of containers or food storage) , electronic and second-hand, unless it occurs because the item is defective or does not correspond to the request in the order.
